Leather Care

Genuine leather is a natural product – grain and small irregularities make each piece unique. Regularly apply a colorless nourishing cream and an impregnating spray to keep your bag clean, nourished, and protected. Keep it dry and store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid unnecessary wear and tear, as well as abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents.
Sunlight

Leather is very sensitive to sunlight. We recommend avoiding direct UV radiation – excessive sun can cause the leather to fade and crack.
Dirt & Moisture

Oil, alcohol, and ballpoint pen marks usually cannot be removed, while water stains disappear over time. Other stains are best treated carefully with a light soap solution, then generously with leather care to rub them out and restore a homogeneous overall appearance. We cannot guarantee complete disappearance in these cases.
Our Care Recommendation

For light leather colors, we recommend the colorless Solitaire Buntcreme; for darker colorful shades, the lightly tinted Solitaire Spezialcreme. Faded colored leather (e.g., red, ruby, grey, or blue) can be refreshed with Solitaire Brillant farbig. Important: apply thinly and evenly, preferably with a soft cloth or cotton pad instead of the enclosed sponge, immediately wipe off excess cream, and polish with a soft brush.
Storage

Store your bag in the supplied dust bag in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight. Do not overfill it to maintain its shape.

Within two years of purchase, we will repair your favorite item free of charge, including shipping (proof of purchase required). After that, we repair at cost price plus transport costs. Repairs to the handle usually take approximately 5 to 6 weeks.
